I write a blog for so many reasons; the main one is for myself. I write (definitely not perfectly) to share my passion for life, for living and passion for the things I love. I also write to share what may be on my heart at any given moment, and today that is so much.
“Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”

I am a very positive person who loves her life, but today my heart is heavy and breaking. One of my cousins, just two years older than me, passed away from a heart attack this morning, leaving behind his precious wife and daughter who is a senior in high school.
As this is not difficult enough, Audley’s beautiful grandmother has slipped into a coma Monday night and is not expected to survive the week.
Sometimes I just feel like Satan is attacking from all sides trying to knock us down. This week is that way! I have turned to scripture for comfort and giving my grief to my Lord.
I am taking a few days away, but I am asking for your prayers. Please pray for God’s comfort as now two sides of my precious family are hurting and grieving.
