Ohhh that sounds so unusual and tasty. I wonder if we'd like it…just one way to find out! It definitely sounds as if it would wake the taste buds and shake things up a bit.
Sorry to read about all this nasty rain. When you move, will you be leaving that weather system far behind?Hope so! (Guess that you won't have to be fretting over drought any time soon.)
Oh, yes, I did think of your homemade butter when I was eating the last piece of that brown bread yesterday. I know it would have been over the moon.

This looks so good and if you can believe it, I have all the ingredients, including the fish sauce! BTW…love the Keller quote on your side bar. He and Alice Waters are our biggest influences in food.
